Row Shading (Table Assistant dialog box) Use this dialog box to add alternating colored rows. To display this dialog box, select Insert > Standard > Table > Create Table Using Assistant > OK > Row Shading. Alternating Row Colors Adds color to alternate body rows using the specified number of rows and selected colors. First Specifies the number of rows to which the first color is applied. Color Picker Opens the color palette in which you select the color for the first row or set of rows. Next Specifies the number of rows to which the second color is added.
