Positioning the Submit By Email button

The New Form Assistant automatically adds the Submit By Email button to the blank form design when you select the Fill Then Submit option. After people finish filling the picnic survey, the Submit By Email button allows them to quickly send the information back to you in XML format. You can do many things with the XML files that you receive, including using Acrobat Professional to consolidate the information into a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel.

For this tutorial, you will position the Submit By Email button at the bottom center of the form.

1.	Drag the button to the bottom center of the form.

To select the button and not just the button text when you want to drag the button, select the button border.

2.	To horizontally center the button on the form, select the button and then select Layout > Center In Page > Horizontally.
