Previewing your work

As you work, you can preview and test your form design to see how it will look from the perspective of the person filling the form.

1.	Click the Preview PDF tab in the Layout Editor.

From this view, you can review the layout and test the boxes that require input.

2.	Enter data in the boxes and then click the Submit By Email button to email the data.

In this tutorial, the data will be sent to you because you entered your address as the return address when you created the form using the New Form Assistant.

If you open the XML file in your browser, this is what you will see:

Notice how the names that you assigned to the objects in the form design are elements in the XML code. The XML file gives you many options for managing the information.
