You can select a layout for each data entry panel in your form guide. The panel layouts control how the form objects flow on a single data entry panel.Displays the panel as PDF. PDF buttons including Save PDF, Print PDF, Email PDF, and Show/Hide PDF are not displayed in the form guide. To see this layout in the form guide, the Include PDF Preview option must be selected.Has up to four columns. Form objects flow from top to bottom in each column and then from left to right to the next column. You can use a Next Area object, which are referred to as Second Column, Third Column, and Fourth Column to force a column break.Creates a dynamic user experience with the panel by displaying questions that are created in the Specify Answer-based Navigation menu. When a user selects a radio button that corresponds to one of the answers, additional content is displayed immediately following the radio button.

Repeater Grids do not support headers or footers. A grid has one column for each item in the panel. The captions for the repeating fields are used as column headings. Repeater Grids include Repeater First Column, Repeater Second Column, and Trailer areas.Displays repeating fields by using tabs. There is one tab for each repeating instance. Repeater Tabs include Repeater First Column, Repeater Second Column, and Trailer areas.Displays repeating information by using an accordion. There is one accordion button for each repeating instance. Repeater Accordions include Repeater First Column, Repeater Second Column, and Trailer areas.Use repeater layouts when the fields in a panel belong to a repeating subform or when the field has multiple occurrences. Once you drag a field onto the repeater panels, select the Allow Field To Repeat check box under Field properties for the field to enable the repeater layout.Creates a repeating set of named areas that display content that is organized into One Column, Two Column, or Three Column structure. This organization makes it easy to create panels that display form objects in varying sequences.The panel is structured into the following named areas: One Column, Two Column, Three Column, One Column, Two Column, Three Column, One Column, Two Column, Three Column, One Column, Two Column, and Three Column.Each area creates a layout similar to the corresponding panel layout. For example, the One Column areas organize objects from the form guide hierarchy in Guide Builder in the order in which they appear in the form guide hierarchy, from top to bottom. Similarly, in the Two Column areas, objects are placed in each of two columns in an alternating pattern.
Note: You cannot add instances of the Next Area utility object to the Multi Column, Pie Chart Horizontal, Repeater Grids, Repeater Tabs, Repeater Accordions, and Variable Column panel layouts. These layout are strictly organized into the previously described areas.
