You can create answer-based navigation by specifying simple questions that appear after a form filler navigates from one panel to another. The answer-based navigation allows you to control which panel to display based on how the form filler answers the questions.Answer-based navigation allows for explicit logic to hide sections or panels in cases where the form filler implicitly answers questions by not filling in certain fields. For example, if a form filler does not enter the number of dependents, then there is no need to request details about dependents. In the Immunization sample form, the Vaccination Information panel uses a series of questions to determine which panels to display. Each panel gathers information about a particular vaccination that was administered. If a vaccination was not administered, there is no need to display the corresponding panel.
Note: Questions appear below any form objects on a panel. Each question can have two or more answers. Each answer displays either a panel or the next question. If you use a panel in a question, you cannot use it in another question in the form guide. You can use the next answer option to create a sequence of questions and answers.
