Preparing a form for use in LiveCycle Workspace ESA form design intended for use in LiveCycle Workspace ES must contain a submit button or a button that references a submit button. When a form design contains one submit button, LiveCycle Workspace ES hides the submit button and enables the LiveCycle Workspace ES Complete button. When a form design contains no submit button, LiveCycle Workspace ES disables the Complete button, and users cannot submit the form. Both objects are available in the Custom category of the Object Library palette.Add the Process Fields object to a form at design time when you want LiveCycle Workspace ES users to perform any of the following tasks:The Form Bridge object enables communication to PDF forms outside of Acrobat. Use the Form Bridge object in either of the following cases:
• You want to certify, encrypt, or apply usage rights to a PDF or XDP form before its first delivery to a user by LiveCycle Forms ES or LiveCycle Workspace ES.
• You want to save the form as a PDF form in LiveCycle Designer ES and certify, encrypt, or apply usage rights before saving it in the repository.When you add the Form Bridge object to a form design that contains Artwork, you will not see the object in the Design View.The complete button does not appear in Workspace ES when presented in Adobe Reader 8.1.1. To display the complete button in LiveCycle Workspace ES, do the following:
