When you select a cell that contains an object to which Binding options apply (such as text field or subform objects), the Binding tab in the Object palette displays several data binding options. The options presented on the Binding tab depend on the type of cell that is selected.For example, if you select a Text Field cell, the Binding tab shows the options for a Text Field object. Options that are not specifically related to creating a data connection apply both to data bound to a data source and data saved to a file when the object is not bound to a data source.The options that appear in the Binding tab are the same as the options that are available from the Binding tab if you add the object directly to the form.
