To add details about the form

You can save descriptive information about a form design or template (for example, file description, author’s name, and file creation details) with the form design or template.

1.	Select Edit > Form Properties.

2.	In the Info tab, enter the information. For a complete list and description of the items in this tab, see Info tab (Form Properties dialog box).
