When you open a file, Designer ES attempts to match fonts in the file with fonts that are available on your computer. If the file contains an unavailable font, Designer ES displays a dialog box showing the missing font and a suggested replacement. You can accept the replacement font or change it. Later, when you save the file, you can indicate whether you want the replacement fonts saved with the file.
If you open a form that was created in a previous version of Designer ES, you can use the Compatibility tab (Form Properties dialog box) to update it to version 7.
2.
Browse to the location where the form design is stored, select the file, and click Open. If the file contains fonts that are not available on your computer, the Missing Fonts dialog box appears.
Note:
This font substitution is not permanent. Designer ES must map the unavailable fonts every time the form opens. You can make the font substitution permanent by selecting Form Properties > Save Options and then selecting Permanently Replace Unavailable Fonts before saving the file.
